Counseling with care and purpose

Counseling is a collaborative space to understand what you're carrying, build on your strengths, and create meaningful change.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each person, couple, or family I work with. Together, we'll make space to understand what you're experiencing, recognize patterns, strengthen coping skills, and work toward changes that feel meaningful and sustainable. As a veteran, I also bring personal understanding of military culture for clients navigating service-related experiences and transitions.

01

Anxiety & depression

Find relief from persistent worry, low mood, overwhelm, and the patterns that keep you feeling stuck.

02

Trauma & life transitions

Process difficult experiences at a pace that feels safe while building steadiness, insight, and resilience.

03

Relationships & communication

Strengthen connection, express needs more clearly, repair conflict, and build healthier relationship patterns.

04

Veterans & military life

Veterans and military-connected clients are welcome to explore service-related experiences, identity shifts, reintegration, relationships, and life transitions.

My office is warm, creative, and grounded—a place where children, teens, adults, couples, families, and veterans can settle in and be themselves.

Payment & insurance

Insurance and self-pay options are available.

I now accept eligible Cigna and Aetna insurance plans through Headway. Self-pay remains available, and I can provide a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) credentialing is still in progress.
